Leverage proposed change
You will take the retail trader out of the market and force traders to open accounts out of country. We don't need
big brother looking over our shoulder. Each trader trades at their own risk and should be aware of what they are
doing. If not they should not be trading. I have spent 3 years learning how to trade and you will take me out of the
market and waste all the money and time I have spent learning this profession.
