Regulation of Retail Forex
ID Number:
RIN 3038-AC61
I am writing to protest the proposed changes to retail forex requirements. Leverage should be our
choice, not the goverment's. More importantly, if the margin requirement is $10,000, who can trade
forex? Only rich people. In other words, rich people have the opportunity to get richer. Those of us who
are not rich yet, will have yet again been blocked from the opportunity. Whether or not to trade forex is
an individual's decision. We're all adults. We don't the goverment to babysit us. Don't change the
requirements.
Thank you.
