Please stop trying to take over our freedom of trading. First obama&bandits wants to take over health care, now it is
something petty like leverage in our forex market. Please DO NOT change anything. If this change takes into effect, i will be
looking to invest my currency overseas with out of the country brokers that do not limit leverage.
