If these proposal
are made law, you will destroy me and my family's
ability to earn a living. I have no employment and
depend on my ability to read charts to make a
living, something I have worked tirelessly to
learn. Traders can easily protect themselves
through the usage of stops. I will be forced to
move my trading funds to an offshore broker where
you';ll have no jurisdiction anyway, do you really
think you'll be protecting consumers as they flee
the country?
