RIN 3038-AC61
Hi,
I am writing that I have opposed this new regulation RIN 3038-AC61 which is not fair and
unreasonable. I am not sure why you want to set up this silly regulation. I am very disappointed with this
silly. I am sure more people will move their money oversea for better deal with forex firm. This is time
for this non-sense rule to be thrown out. $2,000.00 minimum is better to protect my account from being
wipe out if something goes wrong. Supposedly, my account grows from $2,000.00 to $6,000, I will just
withdraw $4,000.00 from this account for my own protection. $10,000 is a lot of money, not safe. If
something happens to me, my account will be wiped out by wrong trade or any reason. This is my
reason why I opposed this regulation. Thank you for your understanding and accepting my opinion.
