I am a small scale forex trader. My operation consists of me and my computer. The only way I can afford to trade
is with leverage. If you limit my access to leverage at 10:1, you will take away my only source of income.
Your intentions may be altruistic, but the results of such meddling will destroy the livelihood of many you are trying
