Dear Sir/Mam - I would like to voice my concern regarding the proposed regulations. This regulation violates my freedom to
choose my leverage. Being a retail investor, I am totally aware of risks and any mandate would challenge my knowdedge. I
would strongly encourage you not to proceed with this regulations. This is a great country, which prides in being providing
social, economic just for all. By this regulations, you would be denying the core values that United States of America is built
upon - INDEPENDENCE in speech, thought and decision making.
I would urge you, once again, not to proceed with the regulations.
