Regulation of Retail FOREX
Mr. Secretary,
I am an educated FOREX trader. I as do many of my fellow traders believe that it is our right to
choose the amount of leverage in our investment accounts. We and we alone have the right to choose
how our money is invested. If it is your decision to change the current regulations. Your office should
also take our money out of our bank accounts and tell us how it should be spent. Kindly keep the current
spirit of the retail FOREX investor
alive. All citizens of the United States are given the right of free choice under the Constitution. R1N
3038-AC61 is not good for the US retail forex market. It would just allow foreign brokers to scam more
from Americans. Simply for the reason that we have no where else to turn to make our income.
Sincerely,
Philip M Augustine
