Sir:
Your proposals to reduce my leverage to a 10 to 1 would be if initiated would not allow me to trade the Forex
market. I have spent several thousand dollars to educate myself to trade the forex markets and your proposals
would put me out of business. I am speaking of the RIN 3038-AC61
Perhaps you should regulate the banks and market market makers, instead of giving them my tax dollars to make
obscene profits. Let me as a retail trader make some profits.
