Regulation of Retail Forex
To Whom it May Concern:
I have recently been made aware of the proposed new regulations on Forex trading margins. I wish to express
my concern and anger should this be adopted. I have recently began trading and have had some success in
supplementing my income through trading during these tough economic times. Should the new regulations pass,
I will be unable to trade and would be forced to close my account. I am strongly opposed to any such strict
regulation and I feel that I have the right to choose the amount of leverage appropriate for my risk level. Please
reconsider. Thank you for your time.
