Regulation of Retail Forex
My name is Lawrence K Cash and I am against the proposed rules to reduce the leverage in
the retail Forex market. I trade my own account and use leverage as it is intended. Your
proposed regulation would stop me from being able to make the return on investment that I
normaly have. The last time this was done in November a large portion of the Forex retail
business closed their US accounts and opened accounts in other countries with higher
leverage rates. These regulations will kill the retail forex market in the US.
