I respectfully ask that the provision to regulate the maximum leverage be removed from your your
current proposal. Mandating a 10:1 maximum leverage will only force traders like myself to move out
of the country as trading is my lively hood, and this provision would severely cripple my ability to earn
a living. The wonderful thing about Forex is that it can be done from anywhere in the world which
means I am NOT anchored to live within the US.
Please remove this provision!
