It's our right to choose
Dear David (Secretary),
Why cannot it be our right to choose for ourselves on the amount of leverage (risk), that we wish? This just
seems to me that this is another example of someone else trying to decide what is best for me. I am appalled at
this line of thinking. Will you please allow me the 'Right' to choose for myself?
