commenter_comments: I am a small trader of currencies. This regulation
would cut the supplemental income I make from this
market. It provides no value and would hurt the
brokerages in the US. If this is passed I will
take my business overseas to continue trading under
reasonable conditions.
You are not protecting us with this change.

The change will reduct income to small traders
like me
- The change will force me to work with less
regulated foreign institutions.
For once try doing something that benefits the
little guy.
