This is a bad idea on the leverage. How is this going to make any difference to the professionals with
enough money to make a living. Looks like governement is screwing the little guy again. I am a small
trader just trying to make a living. Thanks alot more regulations on the little people what we need is
some regulations on the establishment. Just to let you now I am signing up to be a teaparty member.. So
