To Whom it may concern.
I read a report where you want to change the leverage from a 100:1
to 10:1. Therefore changing the playing field between the rich and
not so rich. I am not for the changes that are being proposed. I
think you realize that the forex market has grown by a factor of
300% in the last five years and still is growing, I don't
understand why you have change, when the American Constitution,
which stated the pursuit of honorable business practice, equality
for all.
Sincerely,
Sam Kobley
