To Whom It May Concern:
I just heard about the idea of changing the leverage to 10:1. That's crazy. By doing that it would really hinder
any of the small traders not having a lot of the cash flow like the banks do. It would also move more money out
of the country and into UK and other countries accounts. The US will loose a lot of money and accounts by doing
this. Please leave the my way of investments up to me and some by someone else. I should have the choice
how I trade. Thanks for you time.
