Regulation of Retail Forex RIN 3038-AC61
To Whom it may concern,
I am deeply troubled by the current consideration for regulation to reduce my freedom to choose the
amount of leverage for my personal currency trading. I implore you to reconsider this restriction and
allow a more free market to prevail in this case. As an investor, I understand and manage the risks in
tandem with my brokerage. Taking this freedom from me will greatly reduce my opportunity and
possibly drive me from the market.
Please know that I am opposed to this regulation and believe it will harm the ability of retail investors to
succeed.
