Regulation on Retail Forex
This email is to inform the CFTC that I strongly oppose the proposal ( RIN 3038-AC61 ) to impose a
maximum leverage of 10:1 on Retail Forex accounts. I have been trading forex for four years and this
act would put me out of business. I urge you to reconsider and remove the maximum leverage of
10: lfrom your proposed regulations.
