This is to inform you that I strongly oppose the proposed margin changes (to 10:1)
in 5772-10. Iam currently able to manage my risk in the forex market. Frankly, the amount
of risk I'm willing to assume is my personal business and does not require government
oversight. It is my opinion that changing the margin requirement as you propose will
actually result in many investors increasing their risk as they will have to increase their
account to cover the new margins. It will be very damaging to my own investment strategies.
Therefore, I respectfully request that drop this change.
