I AM AN ACTIVE RETAIL FOREX TRADER.
I SHOULD BE AT LIBERTY TO DECIDE THE LEVEL OF LEVERAGE, IN MY RETAIL
FOREX TRADING, BASED ON THE RISK I AM WILLING TO TAKE.
THEREFORE I EXPRESS MY STRONG OBJECTION TO CFTC'S CONSIDERATION

I BELIEVE THAT CFTC SHOULD NOT INTERFERE WITH MY FREEDOM OF CHOICE.
