Regulation of Retail Forex'
To whom it may concern:
I have been involved with the Forex market for several years. I realize that it can be a volatile
market and that the risks and rewards can be high. However, I am very concerned that your
regulations decide what risk I should take. I believe I should determine my risk and that I am
intelligent enough to manage this. I actually believe that the changes you have made in the past
and the 10:1 leverage limit that you are proposing increase my risk. I am upset that such
regulations can be implemented in the United States where the free market system is embraced. I
believe your actions cater to one group, and that is the rich.
I hope you will reconsider your past actions and that which you are proposing.
Thank you,
Bob Hatch
