Regulation of Retail Forex
Regarding RIN 3038-AC61
I am a forex trader and am against changing the leverage levels!! If you are going to control a
traders own freedom to choose how much risk he is willing to take or can afford, then you will
have to make laws to control who can buy lottery tickets based upon their income or a lay to
keep a farmer from spending too much money on the input cost of his crop because you think
the risk is too high or a real estate investors purchase of a home you deem too expensive for
the risk, so you can see where this leads, a total invasion of personal freedom to choose
based upon that person's tolerance for risk in a effort to succeed in any endeavor. This would
be a blat-en violation of the freedom our founding fathers created for the citizens of the U.S.
and that is my opinion!!!!!!
