Leverage regulation on Forex traders
Dear Secretary,
I do not believe the CFTC should place limits on leverage a Forex trader can use. It is up to the individual trader to access the
amount of risk they are willing to take and form a strategy based on that. I respect the idea of regulation, however this is
essentially taking away free enterprise in America.
