I write to express my disagreement with the proposal to reduce leverage. The operator must have the right to choose the level
of risk their want. Such extreme measures should not be imposed by regulators. One of my brokers reduced the leverage by
half last year what brought me many problems, please reconsider the measure. RIN 3038-AC61
