RIN 3038-AC61 - regarding this proposal, I DO NOT WANT TO BE REGULATED IN THIS
FASHION. AS A RETAIL TRADER, I WOULD BE SEVERELY HAMPERED
BY A FIXED 10; 1 LEVERAGE. IT'S HARD ENOUGH TO MAKE ANY MONEY TRADING.
WHY, WHY, WHY MUST YOU MAKE IT HARDER AND HARDER FOR RETAIL
TRADERS? STOP THE INSANITY!!!!
