Dear CFTC,
How about regulating US banks like JPM and Goldman Sach,
Those are the market riggers, thieves and bring market instability!
Changing ratio 1:100 to 1:10 only for retail users and not banks
Is a very bad idea!
By the way, did you already find out, why there Is allowed the 98%
Concentration of silver short position?
Hereby I'd like to hear a response on the ongoing investigation
And it's outcome so far.
