Dear Sir/Madam,
your forex proposals are ridiculous-you merely send capital off shore at the moment and the idea of restricting leverage
merely forces people into redundant and stagnant,inferior futures markets but perhaps that is your intention? you are not
serving traders interests your forcing them into an old and inferior product.
