I would like to state that rm strongly AGAINST the new decision about leverage. It will terminate the
small investments of most of the traders in favour of large investments of banks and large companies.
And I cannot think of a single benefit to that.
Besides, I for myself will cease trading with American brokers and I'll choose others.
So I really hope that this decision be reconsidered.
