'Regulation of Retail Forex'
RIN 3038-AC61
I am a Forex Trader and STRONGLY oppose this new regulation. It will put much more capital at risk and disallow lots of people to do FOREX
investment because of high margin requirement.
Basically, if this regulation will be adopted
-
most of FOREX trader will go outside of USA dealers who do NOT have those restriction.
