This proposal is completely ridiculous, and I disagree with it vehemently. High leverage is not the
reason why retail traders lose money! People lose money because they try to trade without
learning how first. Anything done poorly can lead to harm. You may as well ban gambling,
drinking, smoking, motorcycles, and any number of things as well. Legislation like this meant
only to protect the inept serves no purpose; the ignorant do not learn, and those who are
successful suffer. Please try solving some real problems and leave Forex alone.
