To whom it may concern
Concerning the changing of the leverage in the forex market to 10:1 (RIN 3038-AC61 )
let it be clear that I am totally opposed to the idea.
This makes it extremely difficult for the small trader to be profitable
Surely this should be a choice that traders themselves make rather than the government.
Please back down from this plan
