I stand behind the belief that a person should be given the freedom and right to choose the amount of
leverage that is appropriate for his own desired risk, and that this basic principle of 'choice' is in
ieopardy by your proposed CFTC regulations. I hope you will do the necessary correction to uphold
the "Freedom of Choice".
