It appears to me that the higher powers are trying to destroy the appeal of the forex
market by trying to make these changes as well as changes made in the recent past. I
oppose all of these changes because you are limiting my ability to trade this market with
such rules. Please do not pass this proposal. Thank You, Eric Franz
