Regarding Regulation of Retail Forex
As an average American entreprenuer, one of the main draws to the forex market is the leverage
availability. I feel we are big boys and girls so we dont need nor do we want the regulation of our
leverage.
RIN 3038-AC61 is a no go for me and every one of the investors I know. Many of us smaller investors
will be greatly hindered by any regulation of our leverage. Please rethink this issue.
