Regulation of Retail Forex
It is requested that the proposed regulation for retail Forex, Identification # RIN AC61 concerning leverage in
retail Forex customer accounts be subject to limitations, be deleted. Investors should be given the freedom and
the right to choose the amount of leverage that is appropriate for their individual desired risk. This regulation
would deny the investor the basic principal of choice.
