To put a cap on the amount of leverage people are willing to use in their trading is flagrantly Un-
American and totalitarian. I'm a retail trader and I feel that should be totally up to the trader and the
trader only! You government affiliated people are trying to take over, and over regulate every damn
thing! It's sad.
