Please do not attempt to regulate leverage in the Forex Retail environment. We are a free people and while I know
bureaucrats feel they know what is best for "our own sake" I contend that you have no right to pass any such regulation and
will just create a black market the same as all prohibition attempts by the government have ever done. Please stay out of
Retail Forex leverage decisions. This is a free contract where the buyer and seller are making these decisions for mutual
benefit.
