    Against Regulation of Retail Forex
    In regards to RIN 3038-AC61 and
    limiting the leveragability of all us traders to 10:1:
    Mr. Seceratary,
    It
    is ridiculous to me how the Federal Government believes it can regulate the risk that people are willing to take when they get
    into the market in the name of "protection". This will not only take US traders out of the market, but will put them at a
    disadvantage
    with foreign investors. This is a legitimate market where legitimate money is made and lost. Let them leverage
    and
    let them trade!!
