Iama small investor in currency on forex market. I use mini accounts, I don't havea lot of cash
to throw at an investment. I do protect my loss every time with limit orders and sell stop. I decide
how much I can loose on a trade. By leveraging, it allows me to control more with less cash. I can
not afford to keep a high account balance to make trades. I don't need yet another law trying to
save me from myself. I am a grown person and choose my risks. RIN 3038-AC61 .
