Regulation of Retail Forex
Dear Sir
This is
to comment on
the proposed
"Regulation of Retail Forex" RIN 3038-AC61. I am very much opposed to this
proposed regulation. I believe that traders should be allowed the freedom and right to choose the amount of leverage that is
appropriate for their desired risks. This attempt at limiting their will only reduce the freedom of action of traders will less
capital. Protecting people from themselves is not only impossible but inappropriate for a regulatory agency such as the CFTC.
It is better to confine efforts to preventing or punishing fraud.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Respectfully,
John Sayen
