Regulation of Retail Forex
RIN 3038-AC61
Dear sir,
The proposed regulation of retail forex trading platforms will greatly reduce my livelihood. I have spent many hours
in study to understand the foreign exchange market and make a good living by trading in it on a daily basis. The
proposed regulation will greatly reduce the ability of individual traders who have prepared themselves for the
risk/reward that is associated with the margins in forex trading to effectively manage a profitable portfolio.
I implore you to choose not to continue with this proposal. I strongly believe that to limit the opportunity that the
market allows for its traders borders on infringing upon the rights of tax paying Americans such as myself. Thank
you for your time.
