I'm not sure what the CFTC thinks gives them the right to tell me what choices i can make with my
money in the 1 st place. I can understand limiting leverage on institutions that can affect the bigger
picture of the market but limiting my leverage as an independent trader just trying to stay a float will
only have one result, personally ill leave the US not only with my account but ill take my tax money and
citizenship to Europe as well. The US has taken enough from me over the last 15 yrs, taking my bread
and butter is just not gonna happen. Its my money not the government's and not the CFTC's.
