    Re: Regulation of Retail Forex
    Good morning,
I am writing you today in regards to the proposed regulations regarding retail forex trading,
speficially the proposed leverage requirements of 10-to-1, as opposed to the current 100-to-1.
Iam very strongly against the proposed 10-to-1 leverage requirement. This would severely limit
many peoples ability to trade in the forex market. I do not believe this would serve retail
customers at all. I believe every person who trades in theforex market should have the right to
trade with higher margins, we do not need this to be regulated for us! As long as people are
educated about the risks, they should have the right and ability to choose for themselves. Iama
very conservative trader, but without the higher margins, my ability to profit at all would be
    considerably reduced.
    Thank you for your consideration,
    Claudia Schenck
