    RIN-3038-AE65 The current proposal to allow the (DOC,s that are exempt from registration requirements to clear Swaps for US persons under certain circumstances I am am in agreement with.
    Included in the proposal is to allow persons outside of the United States to accept funds from US person(s)to margin Swaps that are cleared at an exempt (DOC) without registering as a (FCM). I am in agreement with both proposals.
