absolutely not should some foreigner be able to trade in America without registering in full. we have too much corruption goiong on and too much lying and conniving and corruption. fully register if you want to do business in America. I am agains tthis proposal by this agency. it appears to be a strange proposal which should not have been put up for publ ccomment at all if yhou are
interested in protected the people of the usa. this proposal is an invitation to criminality.
