My former financial advisor who falsely submitted a incapacitated power of attorney agreement documents in the system.For the sole purpose of stealing my funds& having full& total control over my funds .Every transaction made on my behalf was not authorized by me& I had no financial gains .He also has my name listed "TS" "AS"changed to hide& steal my funds
