I am writing you in regard to the proposal to lower leverage to 10-1 in the forex market. My
personal belief is that you made the right decision in lowering leverage to 100-1 but I think
lowering it any further will have an adverse affect on small traders with small amounts of capital.
This regulation will diminish my profitability. I believe that it is the traders responsibility to use
proper money management. We all know the risks associated with using margin to trade theforex
and I believe it is not the governments responsibility to protect me from myself.
