On behalf of the Working Group of Commercial Energy Firms (the “Working Group”), Hunton & Williams LLP respectfully submits this letter regarding Commissioner O’Malia’s proposal to sequence the final rules that the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (the “Commission”) might issue under the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (the “Dodd-Frank Act”).
