Please go forward with implementing this rule and all provisions of Dodd-Frank. I am a retired individual who strongly believes that the financial interests have swindled the largely unsuspecting American generation of baby boomers, who trusted their advice with our retirement savings. It is time to rein them in and develop these overdue regulations, to restrict the rapacious greed that has all but destroyed our retirement security.
